As president of my high school’s Environmental Science Club, I lead an academic community focused on environmental conservation and public understanding. I organize AP Environmental Science lectures and interactive educational events, including hands-on Earth Day experiments exploring topics such as the urban heat-island effect.
I also help coordinate collaborative, inter-school sustainability exhibitions. Through these initiatives, the club encourages students to understand contemporary environmental challenges and participate in practical, community-oriented solutions.

I practice my sword skills with my classmates, and experience the fierce competition of soldiers' swords and spears in war. I have used different kinds of swords, katana, stabbing sword, two-handed sword, saber, etc. Through rigorous weekly sessions in the history club, I moved beyond simply swinging swords to studying the intricate mechanics of historical combat. I spent hours to analyzing traditional martial manuals, and dodging techniques into my own muscle memory. Especially the use of the saber gave me a deeper understanding of the battlefield dynamics in the 17th century, bridging the gap between the descriptions of historical conflicts in textbooks and the actual reality of military battles.
